About the Role:
We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Production QC Officer to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our manufacturing processes and products meet the highest quality standards. You will play a key role in enforcing compliance, supporting investigations, and driving continuous improvement across the production floor.
Key Responsibilities:
Enforce Quality Standards: Ensure that all manufacturing operations are conducted in accordance with approved SOPs, batch documentation, and quality protocols.
Document Review: Check and verify manufacturing worksheets and batch records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
Sample Checks: Conduct in-process and final product sample inspections to ensure conformance to specification.
Cross Checks and Sign-Offs: Verify product identity, packaging, and labelling prior to dispatch. Cross-check products to ensure the correct batches and raw materials are used.
Issue Escalation: Promptly raise and escalate any non-conformances, deviations, or discrepancies identified during routine checks.
Support Investigations: Assist with quality investigations, including deviations, complaints, and corrective/preventive actions.
Collaboration: Work closely with Production, Planning, and Quality Assurance teams to maintain production flow while upholding product integrity.
Audit Readiness: Support internal and external audits by ensuring records, processes, and shop floor practices always remain inspection ready.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements to production and quality control processes to enhance efficiency and product quality.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a manufacturing or quality-related environment (preferred)
Experience working to GMP, ISO, or similar quality standards (desirable)
Training in internal auditing or quality control practices (desirable)

Pay: 13.00-13.50 per hour
