We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production team member to join our dynamic manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and experience with both hand and power tools. This role involves assembly tasks and requires a proactive approach to ensure the efficient operation of production processes.

Duties

Operate and maintain various hand and power tools for assembly tasks. Assemble components according to specifications and quality standards. Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to ensure proper functioning. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations. Assist in inventory management within the warehouse environment, ensuring materials are readily available for production needs.

Requirements

Proven mechanical knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues. Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Previous assembly experience is highly desirable, particularly in a manufacturing setting. Familiarity with warehouse operations will be an advantage. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
