At Simpsons UK Ltd we are looking for a 'Production & Repack Operative' to join us - in our ever expanding worldwide business. We are one of the leading providers of pigment colours worldwide. To adapt to the sales/production demands, we are looking another production/re-pack operative to maximise our production capabilities
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that products are assembled efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This position requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Objectives of the Role :-

Prepare productions from start to finish - loading/mixing/decanting materials. Good communication - this job heavily relies on good communication with the lab & supervisor. Good awareness of health & safety. Good housekeeping. Stock check - throughout the year stock checks to be carried out to stay on top of the stock. Re-packing - during quieter times throughout the week there will be re-packing to undertake i.e. repacking from a 25kg box into 5kg etc. for customer specific orders. Pro-active thinking - this can be a fast paced environment at times & requires you to think ahead where possible.

Skills & Qualifications:-

Good literacy & communication skills.

Knowledge of using SAP on a computer beneficial, but can be learnt on the job for the right candidate.

Reach & Counterbalance experience

Good work ethic.

Attention to detail.

Good at working in teams.
