Production Runner / Warehouse Operative
to join our growing team.
About the Role:
This is a hands-on, fast-paced and varied role that supports the smooth running of our busy production facility. Working between the client services team, production department, and factory floor, you'll be responsible for helping manage stock, goods in/out, and ensuring materials and finished jobs are where they need to be.
This role is ideal for someone who is
fit, active and ready to get stuck in
- with some lifting involved. You'll be involved in all aspects of factory operations, from stock control and deliveries, to assisting on machines and supporting production teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle goods in and out, checking deliveries and organising materials
Manage and maintain stock levels, including accurate stocktaking
Act as a production runner between departments to ensure smooth workflow
Operate machinery and assist in various areas of production (training provided)
Operate a forklift (license preferred, training can be provided)
Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the warehouse and production areas
Support the team in various ad hoc duties across the business
What We're Looking For:
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling tasks
Experience working in a warehouse, production or manufacturing environment preferred
Forklift licence desirable but not essential
Strong communication skills and ability to work between teams
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
Willingness to learn and get involved in all aspects of factory work
