Responsibilities
  • Sales and Manufacturing order processing
  • Handling sales queries, within the defined scope of the role
  • Administration of the Companies MRP system within the scope of the sales and Manufacturing function
  • Preparation of the manufacturing documentation for the scheduled manufacturing loads.
  • Ordering materials for manufacturing.
  • Assisting in the provision of CAD/CAM information to the manufacturing function.
  • Coordinate production schedules and ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Accurately track and update production workflows, inventory, and reports.
  • Communicate with production teams to manage any changes or issues that arise during the production cycle.
  • Coordinate schedules between production and sales to address current priorities and resolve conflicts.
  • Update inventory and production dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for all departments.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Production Administration, Office Support, or Sales Administration roles.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a keen understanding of prioritizing tasks.
  • Familiarity with inventory management or production scheduling tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite as well as ERP systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proactive problem-solver with attention to detail.
