Job Description

Publish Master Production Schedule including contract manufacturing to ensuring achievability. Manage planning calendars. Execute and maintain toolbox as well as techniques required to evaluate impact of proposed schedule changes. Assist Planning Team Leader in OTIF/ Weekly planning / daily update meetings Ensure constant communication with stakeholders where pertinent when proposed schedule changes arise. Coordinate with supply chain and inventory management teams to confirm material availability. Adjust schedules as needed due to changes in demand, machine downtime, or raw material delays. Analyse production processes and suggest improvements for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Assist in issue resolution - first line of support for all planning issues. Interrogate OTIF to drive further improvements Maintain and raise minimum safety stocks Laise between departments such as procurement, manufacturing, quality control. Track production progress and adherence to schedules. Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. Communicate scheduling updates to relevant departments, including production, * logistics, and customer service.
