Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.



Work model: #Onsite at our facility in Nottingham

Production Scheduling: Create and maintain a detailed production plan to ensure timely delivery of products. Work Order Management: Release manufacturing work orders and execute daily, plant-level Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) to manage production requirements. Demand Forecasting: Analyze sales forecasts and historical data to predict future production needs and adjust schedules accordingly. Sequence and Lead Time Management: Establish the sequence and lead time for each operation to meet shipment dates as per the master schedule/plan. Schedule Adherence Monitoring: Monitor schedule adherence, identify key root causes for deviations, and implement follow-up improvement actions. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with procurement, production, and logistics teams to coordinate production plans and address potential issues.

Qualifications for the Role

Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain planning in a manufacturing environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Demonstrated capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools, ERP systems.
