Main Responsibilities
Leading and motivating production teams across multiple departments to achieve daily output goals.
Overseeing stock management, resource planning, and staffing levels to keep everything running smoothly.
Championing health & safety, ensuring SOPs are followed and PPE is worn at all times.
Driving quality assurance by managing audits, monitoring standards, and handling remakes where needed.
Planning, scheduling, and resolving issues quickly to reduce downtime and keep operations on track.
Delivering live reports on achievements, targets, and performance metrics.
Coaching and developing staff, managing training matrices, and encouraging cross-training to create a flexible workforce.
Leading performance reviews and return-to-work meetings while promoting a positive, productive culture.
Contributing to continuous improvement by reviewing systems and processes, and implementing smarter ways of working.

The Necessary Skills, Qualifications and Experience include:
Proven supervisory experience managing multiple teams.
Strong people management skills -- motivating, developing, and communicating effectively.
Confident decision-making and independent problem-solving abilities.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office essential).
Strong influencing skills and the ability to build positive relationships at all levels.
Product knowledge of manufacturing processes (fenestration experience would be a bonus).
* First Aid qualification (or willingness to train).
