? As part of a Production Management Team focus on contributing to the highest levels of operational performance through departmental performance data analysis, change and innovation.
? Continually review work practices and methods to implement quality, productivity and safety improvement to achieve KPI's.
? Ensure the optimisation of shift resources to produce a quality product in line with planned manufacture and despatch dates.
? Develop employee flexibility by multi-skilling, exploring alternative working time solutions and self managed teams, as appropriate.
? Continually review departmental performance against targeted objectives and take responsibility as required for compilation, development and upkeep of production management reports.
? Exercise open communication to encourage the engagement of operative and technical personnel.
? Work effectively with the Technical Manager to ensure planned maintenance schedules are achieved.
? Ensure effective cross departmental/functional working relationships are in place to enhance production.
? Demonstrate a commitment to the implementation of a safety culture that reflects the Company Health & Safety Policy.
? Ensure compliance with the Quality and Environmental Policies and procedures.
? Support and participate in HR related practices and policy.
? Undertake any training as directed.
? Take direction from your Senior Manager/Director in terms of additional tasks required to be completed

o 2+ years experience at supervisory/team lead/senior operative preferably within manufacturing
