What you'll do



Lead safely:

Build a proactive H&S culture--challenge unsafe behaviours, run audits/inspections, and ensure incidents are investigated with actions closed out.

Develop people:

Coach, mentor and train operators so the team is skilled, flexible, and fully equipped to work safely and competently.

Manage performance:

Own all shift activities--resource planning, hitting production targets, quality checks, and rigorous documentation--to keep operations on plan and on spec.

Keep it clean:

Champion food?grade hygiene standards and strong team ownership of housekeeping.

Drive improvement:

Lead daily GEMBA meetings, track KPIs, and push continuous improvement to boost efficiency, yield, and process reliability.

Take accountability:

Lead CAPA investigations, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions that stick.

What you'll bring



Experience in manufacturing or food processing (hop or brewing experience is a plus). Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on safety and people development. Solid understanding of production processes, hygiene standards, and quality systems (FSSC 22000 or ISO 9001 desirable). A passion for improvement, teamwork, and delivering results.
