Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing production teams, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining high-quality standards. You will train alongside our existing Production Supervisor initially and will eventually rotate between day/evening shift Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily production activities to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Train and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork. Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows to meet changing demands. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning. Collaborate with warehouse teams to manage inventory levels and optimise storage solutions. Implement best practices in production processes to enhance productivity and reduce waste. Maintain accurate records of production metrics and report on performance outcomes.

Experience

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment is essential. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to lead diverse teams. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving operational excellence.

Pay: 33,000.00-38,000.00 per year
