to join our production department and support our Production Manager in manufacturing a range of
water treatment systems, water recycling systems, RO & water softeners, commercial jetwashes, and air/water towers

Main Duties
Supervise and lead the production team
, ensuring work is completed efficiently, accurately, and to high-quality standards.
Plan, schedule, and allocate tasks
for production operatives to meet deadlines and production targets.
Manufacture our full range of water treatment systems and equipment, including:
Pump installation
UPVC pipework and tank connections
Control panel assembly and wiring
Light mechanical duties
Work on a
task rotation system
to complete varied duties, including pipework, pump assembly, panel wiring, and other ad hoc tasks.
Monitor production performance
, provide feedback to operatives, and encourage continuous improvement.
Maintain
Health & Safety standards
, ensuring all team members follow safe working practices.
Communicate with the Production Manager regarding training needs, resources, and departmental improvements.
Collaborate with field staff post-installation to review performance and identify areas for improvement.
Assist with administrative tasks
, such as providing information for purchase orders to avoid production delays.
Oversee
housekeeping and organisation
in the production area, kitchen, facilities, yard, and car park.
Cover ad hoc tasks such as despatch when required.
Act as a
keyholder
, ensuring the site is supervised whenever production operatives are working.
Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will:
Have previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
Possess electrical knowledge, including panel wiring and fault finding (essential).
Have a good general understanding of electromechanical engineering practices.
Have prior experience with pipework, pumps, and motors (essential).
Work well as part of a team and demonstrate leadership qualities.
Be able to read and interpret work instructions, diagrams, and drawings.
Be self-motivated, reliable, and willing to develop additional skills on the job.
