As we expand to meet increasing global demand, we are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Production Supervisor to lead our Arrays Production Team and help drive our manufacturing performance.

What you will be doing

Lead, motivate, and support the production team to meet daily and long-term goals Oversee build schedules, manage throughput, and coordinate workloads Foster a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement Line manage technicians--drive development, conduct appraisals, and ensure training Act as the link between production, operations, engineering, and supply chain Drive on-site inventory logistics, including goods receipt and cycle counting Be a visible leader--approachable, confident, and committed to our values

Proven experience in a similar production supervisory role Strong people management skills and the ability to get the best from your team Operational delivery expertise and a hands-on approach to leadership Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Experience managing change and improving processes A calm and confident leadership style with conflict resolution know-how

Pay: 35,000.00-40,000.00 per year
