At Kesseler, we design and manufacture luxury kitchens in Britain - combining machine-cut precision with expert craftsmanship. As Production Supervisor, you'll take ownership of our on-site manufacturing operations, ensuring our high standards are met every time.
You'll be leading a skilled team, overseeing daily output and continuously improving systems, safety and performance. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role with real influence - perfect for someone who thrives on structure, takes pride in quality and understands the value of getting it right first time.
What You'll Do
Lead daily production operations, ensuring output is efficient, safe and on schedule
Oversee assembly processes to maintain high-quality, precision-built cabinetry
Collaborate with supply chain teams to optimise stock levels and minimise waste
Implement and improve production systems, ensuring business processes support productivity
Track and report on performance metrics, managing output against targets
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the factory floor
Support the maintenance team with mechanical insight and problem-solving
Train and develop the production team, promoting a culture of safety, quality and accountability
What You'll Bring
Proven experience in production supervision within a manufacturing environment
A strong understanding of supply chain principles and manufacturing systems
Confidence leading continuous improvement projects to increase output and reduce waste
Working mechanical knowledge and practical understanding of factory equipment is advantageous
A commitment to quality control and process consistency
Motivational leadership with the ability to guide, support and challenge your team
