Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production processes and be skilled in managing teams to ensure efficiency and quality. This role requires a hands-on approach, as well as the ability to motivate and lead a diverse workforce.

Duties

Supervise daily production activities, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Coordinate the manufacturing process, Adjust machine settings to maintain quality. Monitor workflow and productivity, making adjustments as necessary to meet production targets. Train and mentor production staff on best practices and operational procedures. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery, reporting any defects to maintenance team. Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of products. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste.

Experience

Experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or warehouse environment. Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards achieving common goals. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
