Summary

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to join our team at The White Rabbit Pizza Co. In this role, you will oversee the production process, ensuring our pizzas are made to the highest standards of quality and efficiency. This position is vital in maintaining our reputation for excellence in the food industry.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met. Ensure that procedures and protocols are followed and done so correctly. Specifically uniform, entrance & exit, basic operations, hygiene and health & safety To be responsible for completion of the production tablet opening, closing & traceability checks are up to date and/or completed properly. To be responsible for completion of production KPI (Key Performance Indicator), Closing stock, Waste Report, End of shift tasks record, Production supervisor closing check To help train staff on the production floor, In operator positions, tablets and other duties To work with other senior staff (Management) to monitor standards in production and report any observation; be they good or bad! Also, reporting issues that require attention. To have advanced knowledge associated with operator positions and equipment in production, being able to sort/manage production flow, sort out issues/setting adjustments To have additional responsibility and authority, you will be n charge of production flow and responsible for checking all the above is accounted for by production/shift end. You will be in charge of Rota Management/Plan for your weekly shifts

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a production or manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical knowledge and experience with hand and power tools. Ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a positive work environment. Good organizational skills with attention to detail. Experience in food production is a plus but not mandatory.
