Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and be adept at using both hand and power tools. This role is crucial in ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The Production Supervisor will lead a team, manage workflow, and ensure efficient assembly processes within the warehouse environment.

IOSH Managing Safely (or equivalent) qualification. Must be able to obtain basic security clearance. Results driven and quality focused. Confident and able to communicate at all levels. Experience of trouble shooting and problem solving Must be reliable, able to use own initiative and tolerate stressful situations. Good written and verbal communication skills Good level of numerical and analytical ability Computer literate.

Tods is a growing business, based on Portland and it is great time to join our workforce. The role is full time, offering 37 hours per week with the opportunity to work overtime once trained. In return we offer 25 days holiday + bank holidays and a company pension scheme.

We operate a 4-day week, Monday to Thursday.
