Overview

Connetika Limited is a leading manufacturer of precision medical components and assemblies, operating under a fully certified ISO 13485 Quality Management System. We are seeking a hands-on

Production Supervisor

to lead day-to-day operations, drive performance, and develop a high-performing production team within our cleanroom environment.

Reporting to the Company Directors, you will oversee all production activities, ensuring safety, quality, and delivery targets are met. You'll act as a role model on the shop floor--balancing leadership, planning, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead & Develop the Production Team

Supervise daily production activities in line with controlled processes and cleanroom standards Deliver coaching, skills development and performance reviews Coordinate and run regular team meetings Promote a culture of accountability, safety, and quality

Production Planning & Scheduling

Manage schedules to meet customer delivery demands Ensure manufacturing orders are created within 48 hours of sales order creation Adjust plans based on holidays, absences and priority changes

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Track output, efficiency, non-conformities and quality metrics Support inspection processes across Goods Inwards, In-Process and Final Product checks Partner with Quality Control to escalate issues and drive improvements

Process Management & Continuous Improvement

Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective/preventative actions (CAPA) Maintain and improve build routings (timings) Collaborate cross-functionally to standardise best practices and implement Lean methodologies

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Experienced in

production supervision

, ideally within medical device, electronics or other

regulated manufacturing environments

Confident working within

ISO 13485 / ISO 9001

or similar quality frameworks A
