Production Supervisor - Backshift (afternoons)

We're looking for an experienced Supervisor from a food manufacturing background to join our team on backshift.

This is a hands-on leadership role in a busy, fast-paced factory environment. The successful candidate will take ownership of the shift, driving performance and maintaining high standards across people, product, and process.

Experience in food manufacturing is essential.

A confident, capable leader with a track record of supervising teams in a food production setting A solid understanding of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety requirements A calm, solutions-focused approach and the ability to get the best from a team Someone comfortable working afternoon into evening hours as part of a backshift pattern
