Job Title: Production Team Lead

What you will be doing:

Ensuring all team members work in line with EHS guidelines and company policies and reporting incidents, accidents, and near misses promptly and accurately Delivering Safety Toolbox Talks and contributing to H&S improvement plans Overseeing daily production plans and allocating resources effectively Monitoring equipment and processes to maximise efficiency and reduce downtime Preparing detailed shift reports and contributing to daily production reviews Maintaining and reviewing skills matrixes to monitor team capability Managing time and attendance records including absence queries Providing regular feedback and input on team performance to the Production Lead Collaborating with other departments to ensure operational alignment

What you bring:

Previous experience in a manufacturing environment Good understanding of Operations and LEAN principles Previous management or supervisory experience The ability to problem solve, and to identify issues quickly and implement solutions effectively Understanding of Lean 6 Sigma, and 6s principles is desirable
