You will play an important role in making sure some of the best-known drink's brands in the UK are manufactured to the right quality and delivered on time to our many customers. Refresco is always changing, always innovating, always growing, creating endless opportunities for you to develop and grow your career with us in the future.About the RoleYou will be part of a supportive team, led by one of our Shift managers working with colleagues who will help you settle in, find your way around and show you the ropes.As Production Team Leader your main tasks and duties will be: Leading the delivery of key performance indicators for the Factory linked to Safety, Quality, People, Delivery, and Cost Standards. Leading a Production Team to ensure the effective running of the process function and/or production lines and associated systems/equipment, fulfilling the production plan requirements and demonstrating an audit ready production environment at all times. Driving the performance of the process function and/or operation of product equipment/machinery and packaging equipment/machinery including fault finding, changeovers, asset care, and basic machine maintenance activities to maximise OEE performance. Motivate and manage people activities to meet team performance targets and required Company Standards Participation in Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing activities including leading short interval control and root cause analysis assessments.See what it is like to be part of the Refresco Bondgate team: Refresco Bondgate - YouTube


Salary and Benefits


The annual salary is 36946.33. Your shift pattern will be 3on3off rotating days and nights. In addition, you will have 3 x your annual base salary life assurance, a good company pension scheme, a sports and social fund and free on-site car parking.

About You
