Production Team Leader
We are looking to recruit experienced Production Team Leaders for our plant in Airdrie. These roles will be working in a Chilled Food Manufacturing environment, therefore previous experience working within a similar environment will add weight to your application.
You will be responsible for:
Ensuring Production targets are achieved
Departmental KPI's such as Quality/Food Safety, Health and Safety, Service level and Labour
Leading your team through team briefings, on-line coaching and problem solving
Identifying high performers and managing the performance of the team
People management of your team including but not limited to Recruitment, Absence management, Disciplinary/ Grievance, Performance Reviews, Training and Development

Monday-Friday - 2PM-1.30AM
SALARY
xc2xa314.26/hour plus backshift allowance
