Production Team Leader

to join our team.

We are seeking a hands-on and motivated Production Team Leader to oversee daily operations on the shop floor. You will be responsible for managing a team of production operatives, ensuring targets are met, and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of production operatives Ensure production targets and deadlines are met Monitor workflow and adjust resources as needed Maintain health & safety standards and ensure compliance Conduct team briefings and support staff development Identify and implement process improvements Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment Proven leadership or supervisory experience Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Knowledge of health & safety regulations

Desirable

Experience in plastics manufacturing or similar industry Ability to drive forklift truck

Schedule

Monday to Friday Day shifts (7am to 4pm Monday to Thursday, 7am to 1pm Fridays)

Location

Based at our Dudley site (easily accessible from surrounding areas)
