So what's it all about?

As a Production Team Leader, you are a strong communicator and you would thrive in a fast paced environment surrounded by people that take pride in producing excellent products. Your remit would be to lead the team and motivate them to perform at their best.


To excel in this role, you'll need to be a strong team player. Working with a team of skilled operators on a single production line, you'll be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of the daily plan.


This isn't for you if you can't communicate effectively and therefore are unable to give clarity and motivate the team. The role isn't a desk-based role. In this role, you will give clear instructions, be hands on, and be challenged because no 2 days are the same.

The Key Requirements...

You're enthusiastic about working for Hovis! People leadership skills You'll have a willing, positive attitude with good attention to detail. Experience gained within a fast-paced, quality-driven environment (ideally manufacturing or FMCG but not essential.)

This isn't a standard Monday to Friday, 9-5 role, instead, we're offering a 3-week continental shift pattern, ideal if you enjoy a few days off in a row to balance out work and home.
