THG LABS offers a unique end-to-end service specialising in the development and supply of premium beauty and cosmetic products to highly respected brands and retailers on a global scale. We now have over 400 talented individuals working across our sites in Trowbridge, Frome, and Radstock, including a state-of-the-art laboratory and a 98,000-square-foot, ever-developing manufacturing site.

We are now searching for a positive and pro-active Production Team Leader to join our fast-paced production team at our Frome site on a full-time basis.

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 5.45am -2pm & 1.45pm -10pm

Salary:

31,896 per year

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Production Team Leader is responsible for the effective operation of a single or multiple production lines and its people.

Ensuring line speeds are correctly set and adhered to so that planned unit output can be achieved. Always looking to surpass line speed expectations to mitigate any unforeseen downtime. Strive for a zero-downtime culture that is within your control. Oversee the people management, ensuring individuals are working as expected to achieve desired outcomes. Liaise with other supporting departments (i.e Line Service, Hygiene, Line Setters, etc.) to ensure production lines do not stop. Escalating any issues to management as they arise. Assist with the setup of upcoming production lines, ensuring relevant paperwork is signed off and the line is set ready to run as per the planning schedule.
