The Role
To take accountability and lead a team of up to 8 operators, being responsible for Health and Safety, Quality, Service, Yield and developing your team.

Key Responsibilities:
To promote a strong EHS culture: lead by example
To actively be a part the asset care programme for the chosen asset group
To promote team engagement in the structured performance improvement project
To deliver proactive area communication via shift huddles
Timely completion of all relevant safety Near Miss reported issues.
To ensure shift surveillance is delivered
Completion of all safety, operations, quality, process & reporting related documentation to a high standard of accuracy & legibility
Key Attributes required to succeed in the role:

Knowledge, skills and experience required:
5 yrs. minimum experience in a manufacturing, production environment with first line management responsibilities (desired) I
Experience of GMP
Experience of working in a FMCG environment
Lean or Six Sigma knowledge
