Are you an experienced leader with a passion for driving performance and continuous improvement in a fast-paced FMCG environment?

You'll be an integral part of our committed and fun team working in the packing and filling department at our award winning eco-factory. We're looking for a Production Team Leader to oversee all activities on our Filling & Packing Lines, ensuring safe, efficient, and smooth operations.

Fixed term contract for 12 months

Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week, 07:00 - 14:30

Where you'll play to win

Lead and manage a production team to deliver against KPIs, providing clear planning, guidance, and coaching.

Oversee line outputs including product quality, paperwork accuracy, waste levels, and adherence to GMP standards.

Drive performance initiatives and identify Continuous Improvement opportunities across the Packing area.

Collaborate with peers and the Head of Production to optimise efficiency and protect stock levels.

Ensure compliance with Quality Management System, GMP, and Health & Safety requirements.

Manage team performance, attendance, and training, supporting development and engagement.

Investigate non-conformance and incidents, aiming for zero defects and improved processes.

What you'll have

Demonstrable experience in an FMCG production environment.

Strong leadership qualities:

decision-making, motivating teams, and managing performance.

Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to a diverse workforce.

Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.

Computer literacy (Microsoft Office and ERP systems).

A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
