We're looking for an experienced, resilient and organised person to join our Production team as a Team Leader. We are an injection-moulded plastics manufacturer supplying some of the leading names in the automotive, heating and cooling industries.
This is a fantastic opportunity which will see you grow, develop and lead your teams while adhering to processes, monitoring and driving KPIs and contributing to the success of the business.
You will be responsible for a cell of machines during your shift and will be organising, prioritising and delivering in a fast-paced environment. Our busy site manufactures a wide range of components on a daily basis, and as a Team Leader you will be ensuring that everything is produced to the highest possible standard in a safe manner.

Main Responsibilities:
Implementing and monitoring manufacturing processes across an array of different machinery
Monitoring and drive KPIs including cycle times, PE and 5S adherence
Coaching and developing the skills of your team members
Making improvements to process and reducing waste
Ensuring the factory floor is clean and that Health and Safety protocols are adhered to
About you:
Proven experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor (ideally in a similar industry)
Excellent communicator and leader - able to speak with and influence people from any walk of life
Process driven with an eye for detail and excellent organisational skills
Passionate about the success of your team, and willing to challenge where needed to get results
Flexible, reliable, resilient and committed
