Welcome to Orion. We are a full turnkey manufacturer of Steel Enclosures /IT Cabinets based in Cross Green, Leeds 9.
We are currently looking for new employees to add to our shop floor team to assist with an increased demand in production.
Roles are available across various functions within the Company so we are eager to speak to any hard working, adaptable individuals.
Duties/Roles:
Lead and Coach a small production team Ensure products are made right the first time Keep Waste down and productivity up Maintain Clean, Safe and Effective work areas Train new Starters and support your Team Record Labour and materials accurately Work closely alongside the Factory Manager

You'll need:
Previous supervisory experience needed Strong time management and prioritisation skills Attention to detail and experience working to KPI's Experience working in manufacturing environments Must be able to commute easily to Cross Green, Leeds LS9 You must be able to work overtime if required Job Type: Full-time, Permanent 40 Hour per week - 5 day week - 7am to 4pm Monday - Thursday & 7am to 1pm Fridays Plus tax free bonuses
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 30,000.00-32,000.00 per year
