The Role:

As a Production Team Leader, you'll take charge of one of our busy departments, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety. This is a hands-on role where you'll be leading by example, motivating your team, and making sure all operations run smoothly. We need someone who is forward-thinking, confident in leading change, and committed to making continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the team Ensure high-quality finishes in line with company standards Train, support, and motivate team members to hit targets Maintain health & safety standards and promote best practices Schedule workloads to meet deadlines and production targets Perform quality checks and troubleshoot any issues that arise

Requirements:

Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a workshop/manufacturing setting Excellent communication, organisational, and team building skills Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving Ability to work under pressure and adapt to production needs
