The Role

The role of the Team Leader is to support the Operations Manager in ensuring the smooth running of the Production Department to deliver Quality and Quantity on time every time. You are also responsible for carrying out manufacturing activities in a controlled, cleanroom environment. The role requires a high level of attention to detail, adherence to protocols, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production setting.

Main Responsibilities and Duties:

Perform all production activities in compliance with cleanroom procedures and company standards.

Operate, clean, and maintain production equipment used in the manufacturing of CBD products.

Prepare and handle raw materials, ensuring accurate measurements and proper storage.

Monitor production processes to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to specifications.

Conduct routine cleaning and sterilisation of the cleanroom and equipment.

Complete and maintain accurate production records, including batch documentation and logbooks.

Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and escalating to maintenance when necessary.

Team Leader Responsibilities

Delivering the agreed production plan as designated by the Operations Manager

Increase and improve productivity and efficiency flow

Developing and maintaining internal relationships to help maintain production and meet agreed targets

Motivate and encourage the team

Multi-skill staff

Ensure production and quality records are completed and correct

Essential Qualifications and Experience

L2 HACCP

L2 Food Safety

2 years team leader experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 26,000.00-28,000.00 per year
