Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Lead to oversee our production team and ensure efficient operations within food manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess a good knowledge and experience with food production and technical requirement. This role is crucial for maintaining quality standards and optimising production processes. This position is ideal for some one who is looking advance in the Carriere and take a step up.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate daily production to ensure targets are met. Train and mentor team members on best practices in assembly and equipment operation. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and work areas to ensure safety and compliance with company standards. Collaborate with management to implement process improvements that enhance productivity. Maintain accurate records of production metrics, including output, quality, and any issues encountered during operations. Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues that may arise during the production process. Ensure that all tools and equipment are properly clean, maintained and stored after use.

Skills

Strong ability to understand machinery operations. Proficiency in using machinery safely and effectively. Experience in assembly processes within a manufacturing. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards achieving production goals. Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in identifying issues related to machinery or workflow. Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management alike.
