Job title:

Production Team Leader

Key Responsibilities

1. Need to work with production team members physically.

2. Efficient management of all aspects of the production, including goods in, preparation and cooking.
3. ?Effectively lead and ensure the team delivers and maintains the highest quality of standards.
4. ?Implement and maintain the Statutory and Company standards of hygiene, health and safety and take any action as is necessary.
5. ?Plan the production schedule and organize workflow to ensure cost-effectiveness.
6. ?Oversee and review the production process and production schedule, looking for efficiencies.

Qualifications and Skills

1. Previous management experience, ideally within a factory or production unit
2. Experience in running a meal operation
3. Food & Hygiene Qualification, understanding or HACCP management system

Salary

14.9- 16.5 / hour.

Probation period :

3 months

6-8 people staff/ production line
