Team Leader

to drive performance and lead by example on our production lines.

The Role

As a Team Leader, you'll take full ownership of your production line, ensuring targets are met, standards are upheld, and your team is supported and developed. You'll play a key role in maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency, while driving continuous improvement and minimising downtime.

Key Responsibilities

Lead your production line to meet daily targets and customer expectations Ensure machinery is operational and issues are reported promptly Maintain high standards of quality, compliance, and traceability Accurately record production data including WIP, waste, and downtime Champion best practice and drive a "right first time" culture Support and develop team members to achieve their full potential Collaborate with engineering, planning, and quality teams to resolve issues

What You'll Bring

Experience in a quality-focused production role Knowledge of machinery such as heat seal, flow wrap or punnet lines (preferred) Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Excellent planning, organisation, and communication skills A proactive, results-driven mindset with attention to detail
