This role would suit a Production Team Leader from a Manufacturing background looking to lead and develop a growing team.

The Role:

• Manage, grow and develop your own team of production staff.
• Drive continuous improvement across the state of the art facility.
• Shift based role days & nights.
• 3 x 18 days off periods

The Person:

• Production Team Leader.
• Manufacturing / Chemical / Process / Water Treatment background.
• Previous experience managing a small to medium team.
