Job Summary

We at C&N Chambers Seafood are looking a new Production Team Leader. We are a shellfish processing plant based on Kilkeel Harbour Co. Down, Nothern Ireland. This is a day shift role.

- Successful candidate must have strong ability to lead & instruct people on the daily jobs and production.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team in a food production environment.
- Ensure that all team members are following proper food handling and safety procedures.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and ensure they are completed in a timely manner.
- Monitor the quality of food being produced and make adjustments as necessary.
- Train new team members on job duties, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

- Make sure all products meet a high standard.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday Some satursday work availability
Ability to commute/relocate:

Kilkeel, Co. Down: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:

Supervising experience: 3 year (required)
Licence/Certification:

Driving Licence (preferred)
