What are we looking for
We have an opportunity for a Production Team Leader, the role will support the production of CCM's from the raw catalyst right through to the finished membrane. Interfacing with all key stake holders in each support function using the KPI's set by the business relating to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People. Responsible for maintaining full traceability of all materials used throughout, both systemically and physically. An understanding of Lean Manufacturing Techniques is desirable to ensure our processes are continuously improving.
The role is the first line management and leadership level within the Company where you will be required to lead by example in line with Company policies and procedures. It is seen as progressive and as such you should be actively involved in suggesting and making positive change across all elements of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People (SQDCP).
The hours are 38.75 per week to include a 15-minute handover per daily shift, working a 2-shift rotational pattern - 05.45-14.00 and 13.45-22.00.
