This Position reports to:


Analytical Production Supervisor

In this role, you will have the opportunity to supervise shift team's progress against work plans as defined by Production management to ensure the proper use of machinery, equipment, and assembly lines within a production area. Each day, you will provide regular feedback and make recommendations to management regarding issues within the production line, including production line organization, shifting priorities, and possible critical situations. You will also showcase your expertise by cooperating with the unit supervisor to create an effective work environment and reinforcing production schedules and quality.

Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.



Work model: #Onsite*
Lead and develop a team of operatives to deliver production KPIs and maintain high standards Oversee pre-start checks, machinery setup, and day-to-day operation Monitor team performance, coach and support staff, and maintain up-to-date training records Plan labour and resource allocation in line with short- and medium-term production forecasts Collaborate with engineering, quality and planning teams to drive continuous improvement and machine reliability Identify and address underperformance quickly and professionally Act as the go-to person on shift for troubleshooting issues, resolving bottlenecks and escalating where required Always ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies. Investigating accidents or near misses, encourage risk reporting, and uphold safety-first culture

Qualifications for the Role

Proven experience leading teams in a production environment Hands-on experience operating or overseeing production equipment such as soldering irons, test rigs & flas test units Health & Safety certifications (e.g., IOSH Managing Safely) High level of computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Good knowledge of SAP ERP system (preferred) Excellent numeracy, literacy, and communication skills Strong problem-solving mindset and the confidence to make decisions in a fast-moving environment Comfortable leading by example on the shop floor and upholding standards Knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement principles is beneficial
