About the Job
Here in Yeovil, we are looking to recruit a Production Team Leader on a full time, permanent basis.

The shift pattern is 4 on, 2 off and the hours are 6.30 a.m. to 3.45 p.m.
What will I be doing?

As part of the management team, supervising and leading a team of 75 Production Operatives including managing performance issues when required;
Ensuring all PO's are fully trained and that standards are maintained and followed;
Taking responsibility for resolving all production issues in your area, working closely with the other Team Leaders and Production Managers to ensure shift targets are met.

What do I need to apply?
This role is a great opportunity to step up and use your skills and experience in production as well as taking on the responsibility of supervising a team. Previous supervisory experience is therefore essential to this post.
You will be able to work collaboratively with others, but will also be able to work independently. You will also need good organisational and communication skills and have a true understanding of the customer's requirements.
A supervisory qualification is desirable but not essential, as successful candidates will be required to complete training provided as part of the role.
