Production Technicians

to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Perform goods in/out visual quality inspections Complete process sheets accurately Intricate masking of medical implants using tapes, paint, and curing systems De-mask and weigh coated implants Pack finished products for shipment
Depending on your skills, experience, and aptitude, you may also operate specialist processing equipment for coating medical implants, including grit blasting, plasma spray coating booths, and electrochemical anodisation systems, supporting our proprietary coating technologies.

About You

We are looking for individuals with:

An aptitude for working in a production environment, with strong teamwork and task focus Previous experience in the medical device sector and/or a production environment (advantageous but not essential) Experience of working in a cleanroom environment (advantageous but not essential) A methodical approach, working within a quality management framework and following standard operating protocols Attention to detail, task accuracy, and good timekeeping Creativity and initiative to suggest improvements in processes, quality, and efficiency Strong interpersonal skills with empathy, patience, and understanding, balanced by a disciplined, task-driven mindset

What We Offer
