About the Role
As a Production Technician, you'll be involved in the full lifecycle of device preparation -- from hands-on assembly to final calibration and testing. You will work as part of a skilled production team ensuring all products meet our high standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble electronic and electromechanical medical devices to defined specifications
Set up, test, and calibrate equipment in line with regulatory and performance standards
Maintain accurate records and complete quality control documentation
Assist in raw materials stock management
Prepare devices for customer configuration and dispatch
Pack and ship products safely and efficiently
Collect and analyse performance data to support continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience
HNC or equivalent qualification in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
Minimum 2 years' experience in hands-on electronic assembly
Experience of PCB component soldering
Familiarity with modern manufacturing processes and tools
Prior experience in a regulated environment (medical devices or similar)
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
High attention to detail with a focus on quality and reliability
Excellent time management, organisation, and problem-solving skills
