Job Description
Are you hands-on, detail-oriented, and ready to be part of a dynamic production team?
We're looking for a reliable Production Technicians to join our growing manufacturing operation at Polar Technology across a number of areas. In these roles, you'll be at the heart of our production activities, helping to build quality products that make a difference.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery. Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues. Maintain accurate production records and complete quality checks. Work closely with team leads to meet daily targets. Follow health and safety guidelines at all times. Support process improvements and report any production concerns.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a production or manufacturing role (preferred but not required). Technical or vocational training is a plus. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude. Willingness to work shifts, including evenings or weekends if needed.
