We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented

Production Workers

to join our advanced battery research and manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude and a commitment to maintaining safety, precision, and efficiency in a high-tech production environment. This role is vital to ensuring consistent quality and performance of our cutting-edge energy storage products.

Key Responsibilities



Operate and monitor automated and manual production machinery to ensure efficient and safe operation. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality assurance protocols, and safety guidelines related to battery production and handling of sensitive materials. Conduct routine equipment checks and perform basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime. Assist in the assembly, testing, and packaging of battery components, ensuring all products meet rigorous quality standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all regulatory and company-specific safety protocols. Accurately record production data and report any deviations or issues to the supervisor. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements



Mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in a manufacturing or technical setting is preferred. Familiarity with safety protocols in handling chemicals or hazardous materials is an advantage. Experience in electronics, battery production, or cleanroom environments is desirable but not essential--training will be provided. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions and procedures. Basic math and measurement skills for monitoring production metrics. Team player with good communication skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to comply with PPE, safety standards, and cleanroom protocols as required.

Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: 11.44-16.63 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
