What You'll Be Doing

As a Warehouse Operative, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly. No two days are the same, and you'll be involved in tasks such as:

Loading and unloading stock Sorting, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch Stock checking and keeping inventory accurate Safe use of warehouse equipment (full training provided) General warehouse tasks to support the team

Pay Structure and Hours

On Target Earnings (OTE): 14 per hour

(Includes achievable monthly bonuses of up to 240)

Hourly Rates:

12.42 per hour during probation 12.62 per hour after successful completion of probation Bonus opportunities worth 1.38 per hour, bringing total earnings to 14 per hour OTE when targets are met

Working Hours:

16 to 40 hours per week Monday to Friday: 08:30 - 17:00 Occasional Saturdays: 06:00 - 14:30 (compensated with a day off during the week) One 30-minute unpaid break per shift

Potential earnings: 560 per week / 29,120 per year (based on OTE and full-time hours)

Desirable (But Not Essential):

Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or storage Understanding of stock control or inventory management Background in customer service
