Duties

Drive to client locations in a timely manner, ensuring all necessary equipment is loaded and ready for use. Operate carpet cleaning equipment and tools efficiently to clean various types of carpets and upholstery. Assess the condition of carpets / upholstery and provide appropriate cleaning solutions tailored to each client's needs. Communicate clearly with customers regarding the cleaning process, expected outcomes, and care instructions post-cleaning. Maintain a clean and organised work environment, including the proper care of cleaning equipment.

What we clean

We clean carpets, upholstery and leather, also mattresses', bed frames, head boards , caravans and car upholstery

Requirements

Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with clients. A valid driving licence is required to travel to various job sites. Previous experience in carpet cleaning or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure clear understanding of client needs and expectations. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and professionalism at all times. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during the service. Must be 25 or over
