We're looking for dedicated and experienced cleaners to join our dynamic team.

?The Role:
We are seeking highly motivated, efficient, and punctual Professional Cleaners to maintain the immaculate standards our clients expect. This varied role involves cleaning private homes, commercial premises, and preparing holiday let/Airbnb properties to a pristine condition for arriving guests. You will be a key part of our team, often working independently while upholding our company's reputation for excellence. Both part-time and full-time employed positions are available.

Key Responsibilities:
?Perform thorough cleaning of domestic properties, commercial spaces, and holiday lets to the highest possible standards.

?Ensure all surfaces, fixtures, fittings, and appliances are cleaned and sanitized efficiently.

?Prepare holiday let/Airbnb properties, including bed making, staging, and ensuring all guest amenities are perfectly presented.

?Promptly report any maintenance issues or damage observed in properties.

?Manage cleaning supplies and equipment effectively.

?Adhere strictly to health and safety guidelines and company cleaning protocols.

?Be punctual for all scheduled appointments and manage time efficiently.

?Follow specific instructions for individual properties and client preferences.

?Work effectively as part of a team, but also confidently and productively when working solo.

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
?Experienced: Proven experience in professional cleaning, ideally across domestic, commercial, and/or holiday let sectors.
?Meticulous: Possesses a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptionally high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Reliable & Punctual: Always on time and dependable.
?Efficient: Able to manage time effectively and complete tasks thoroughly within allocated timeframes.

?Proactive: Can identify and report maintenance issues promptly.
?Flexible: Capable of working independently and following instructions precisely.
?Professional: Maintains a professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.

?Local to Cheshire: (Optional, if you require local candidates)

Requirements:
?Full UK Driving License and access to your own reliable vehicle is essential for travelling between client locations in Cheshire.

?Ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment and supplies.

?Satisfactory references from previous employment.

?An Enhanced DBS Check will be required (paid for by Magic Rags Cleaning Services Ltd.).

?Competitive hourly rate of 13.50.
