Overview

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. THIS IS AN EXTERNAL PAINT JOB. Painting the external part of a house. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction painting and possess excellent communication skills. As a Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint, varnish, and other finishes to various surfaces, ensuring high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.

Duties

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary Apply paint, stain, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety Follow project specifications and instructions accurately Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction with the finished product Maintain tools and equipment in good working order Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times

Experience

Proven experience in construction painting is essential Strong driving skills with a valid driving licence preferred Proficiency in English for effective communication with clients and team members Excellent communication skills to collaborate with others and provide updates on project progress
