Professional Support Lawyer - Real Estate - Exeter
Are you an experienced real estate lawyer looking for your next strategic move outside of fee earning? Chadwick Nott are instructed on a fantastic new opening to join a Top 100 UK Law firm as a Real Estate Professional Support Lawyer. Maybe you are looking to step away from fee earning, or perhaps already in a similar role and seeking a better work-life balance. Either way, my client are keen to speak with you.

The Role:

• Curate and maintain commercial property precedents and practice notes
• Lead training sessions and workshops across the real estate group
• Deliver insights on legislative and case law updates
• Enhance internal systems through AI-powered tools and workflow automation
• Collaborate with fee earners, marketing, bids, and compliance teams

Candidate Requirements:

• 5+ PQE with recent fee earning experience in commercial property
• Deep knowledge and techical expertise in landlord/tenant, asset management, development, and investment matters
• Experience with legal tech, automation, or AI tools
• Excellent drafting and communication skills
• A team player able to mentor and lead knowledge initiatives
