We are looking to appoint 2 X 0.5FTE Professional Tutors in Fine Art who will contribute to teaching and research activity in the School of Creative and Performing Arts. 
 The post will encompass teaching, administration, pastoral support and ongoing programme development in-line with the needs of the school. The appointed candidate will have an established contemporary arts practice and a strong of track record of professional activity and/or practice-based research. 
 Candidates will have a good honours degree and a Masters-level qualification in Fine Art (or a related discipline). Candidates should also demonstrate experience of HE-level teaching/scholarship and the ability to establish links with cultural partners for the enhancement of curricula. 
 You will join a dedicated team who work closely together. The School is fully committed to excellence in teaching, to enhancing the student experience, and increasingly to delivering research/professional experience. 
 The University is committed to working with industry and cultural and creative organisations to design and develop curriculum that is relevant and related to the missions of these organisations and the development of the city. Currently the University has formal partnership with Liverpool Tate, National Museums Liverpool and the Bluecoat Art Centre amongst others. The University wishes to build on existing links with international partners, providing exchange opportunities for study abroad students as well as hosting international renowned artists and scholars.
