We are looking for drivers who are extremely reliable and committed, presentable, able to work as part of a team and individually, have excellent time keeping skills, a professional approach to all tasks at all times and an excellent understanding of the English language, both written and spoken. You will be responsible for collecting and returning client vehicles to nearby hotels and parking facilities in a safe and legal manner.
Shifts commence from 2pm each day and end once all the vehicles have been collected and returned. All applicants must be available to work through the evening, including weekends. This is essential to this role.
Applicants must have held a full Manual UK Driving licence for more than 3 years, have no more than 3 points, have a valid Car Insurance Policy in their name and at least 1 year experience, preferably in a similar role.
Successful applicants are responsible for the payment of their own tax and national insurance and must provide their UTR number prior to commencing work.
Responsibilities
Ensure timely collection and delivery of vehicles to and from designated locations.
Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety.
Maintain accurate records of mileage.
Communicate effectively with supervising staff regarding schedules and any potential issues.
Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.
Experience
Previous experience as a Driver or in a similar role is preferred.
Familiarity with driving regulations and safety standards.
Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with team members.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
